A section of the Earnhardt Building has been completely remodeled into executive suites. Located at 2256 First Street, the large space formerly held a real estate sales office, and historically it was home to Fort Myers' downtown pharmacy.

First Street Executive Suites provides fully-furnished office space for rent with flexible agreement terms for weekly, monthly, or yearly rentals. Virtual offices are also available.

First Street Executive Suites take care of all of the details of opening an office, including high-speed Internet access, and conference/mediation rooms. TVs in the conference room are set up for casting from PC and Mac.
